Privacy, written plainly.

This explains what information I use to reply, check your request, and deliver any agreed small fix-up. It is simple guidance, not formal legal advice.

What I may collect

  • Your name and business name.
  • Email address and optional phone number.
  • Website, Google, social, menu or booking links.
  • Details about what you want checked or fixed.

Why I use it

  • To reply to your enquiry.
  • To check whether the request fits the service.
  • To agree a scope, quote and delivery plan.
  • To send notes, screenshots or a handover.

Do not send this

Please do not send passwords, card details, customer lists, staff data or private business information through the website form or normal email.

Where it may be stored

Enquiries may be stored in Netlify Forms and Zoho Mail. Project notes may be kept in Google Drive or Google Sheets. Payment records may be stored in Stripe and basic finance records.

Access

If platform access is needed

If you add hello@localwebfix.co.uk as a collaborator, editor or manager, that access is only used for the agreed work and should be removed when the job is finished.

I will not ask you to send passwords by form, email, Instagram, Facebook or text.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use non-essential analytics cookies at launch. If analytics or tracking is added later, this page will be updated to explain what is used and why.

Deleting information

You can ask me to delete your enquiry details by emailing hello@localwebfix.co.uk. I may still need to keep basic payment or project records where required for accounting or record-keeping.
