This page explains what is included, what is not included, how access works, and when a small fix-up is the wrong fit.

Starter Fix
Best for one obvious issue. Usually 1–2 small agreed fixes plus before/after screenshots and a short note.
Local Fix-Up
Best for a few small issues. Usually a 10-point check, up to 4 agreed fixes and a handover summary.
Full Fix-Up Plus
Best for a fuller tidy-up with up to 6 agreed fixes, stronger notes and one follow-up check within 7 days.

Works with your current setup
You do not need a new website to start. I can check Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, booking links, menu/order links, or older sites managed by someone else.
If another provider controls the website, I can give you clear notes to pass to them instead of trying to take over.
Access and passwords
You do not need to send passwords for the free check. If a fix needs access, I’ll ask you to add hello@localwebfix.co.uk through the platform’s own permissions where possible.
Please do not send passwords by form, email, Instagram, Facebook or text.
Not included
Things I won’t pretend to do
- Guaranteed Google rankings, sales, enquiries or phone calls.
- Full website rebuilds, large redesigns or ongoing SEO campaigns.
- Paid ads, social media management, branding or logo design.
- Online ordering, payment systems, e-commerce or complex booking systems.
- Hacked website repair, DNS/email migrations, custom software or app development.
Payment
Payment is taken after the scope is agreed and before work starts. Card payment links or bank transfer details are sent directly after confirmation. Please do not pay until I confirm the package is suitable.
Changes and revisions
The agreed scope covers the specific fixes confirmed before work starts. Extra work can be quoted separately. I will not add extra charges without telling you first.
